Recipe chicken broth


In the Anglo -Saxon world , everyone knows grandmother’s chicken  !
And you, do you know ? This famous chicken have therapeutic value against the cold, and helps fight the flu. In fact , scientific studies have even shown that the consumption of chicken increased the flow of nasal secretions and appear to have anti-inflammatory properties ! Grandmother’s recipe 
  1. Peel and cut the carrots into slices.
  2. Chop the onion.
  3. Cut the celery and leek slices .
  4. Place everything in your casserole.
  5. Add the chicken carcass and bay leaf.
  6. Cover with water .
  7. Salt and pepper to your liking .
  8. Simmer for about two hours .
  9. Allow to cool.
  10. Remove the layer of fat frozen surface .
  11. Enjoy your chicken hot.
Ingredients
  • A chicken carcass
  • 1/4 liter of water
  • an onion
  • a carrot
  • a leek
  • Two stalks of celery
  • Of Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 bay leaves
  • salt
