A simple House Soup
Warm up this winter and stock up on vitamins with this good homemade soup! With friends or family, enjoy enjoying this natural good soup.
Recipe Grandmother

  1. Cut all vegetables into cubes.
  2. Put water in a pot to heat.
  3. Add the cubes and stir until dissolved.
  4. Pour into pan all your vegetables.
  5. Let cook on low boil for about 45 minutes or 10-15 minutes in a pressure cooker.
  6. After cooking, fill a bowl of broth and put it aside.
  7. Mix soup with vegetables until smooth.
  8. If the soup seems too thick, add the bowl of broth that you had set aside.
  9. Finally, put a small piece of salted butter. It will act as a natural preservative and give a touch of shine to your soup!
Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 6 medium carrots
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 4 leeks with a little green (10 cm max after the white part)
  • 1 stalk celery 1/4 celeriac
  • 2 l of water
  • 2 cubes of chicken, beef or vegetables according to your tastes.
  • 1 small piece of salted butter

  • A pot or pressure cooker
Advice

  • Put a teaspoon of sour cream or grated cheese in your soup bowl to tantalize your taste buds.
